Hanneke Schreur

Hanneke acts for clients in commercial litigation and arbitration cases. She focuses on disputes relating to contractual or liability law. Prior to joining Ysquare, Hanneke worked at Allen & Overy for more than four years, where she represented clients from various sectors in complex, cross-border arbitrations, including construction and commercial disputes. She has extensive experience with both institutional arbitration rules (ICC, NAI) and ad hoc arbitration rules (UNCITRAL). In addition, she has experience with recognition and enforcement procedures for arbitral awards.
