Floris Berkelder

Floris joined Ysquare in January 2024. He works on complex commercial and corporate disputes including collective actions, arbitrations, and summary proceedings. Floris has experience in litigation in Dutch and foreign jurisdictions, and in (inter)national arbitration.

Prior to joining Ysquare, Floris completed student traineeships at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek and Stibbe. He obtained his master’s degree Private Law from Utrecht University with distinction (cum laude). His master’s thesis, which covered contract law, procedural law and law & economics, won the award for best thesis of 2023 by the Vereniging DFA.
