Anne Charlotte Fresacher

Anne Charlotte has experience in representing both public and private sector clients in various areas of litigation including general liability, but also personal injury claims. Before joining Ysquare, Anne Charlotte worked as an attorney at Pels Rijcken, also assisting the Dutch State in several matters. Anne Charlotte was seconded to an international fruit and vegetable supplier for several months in 2020, where she gained experience working on commercial contracts.

In 2021 and 2021, Anne Charlotte chaired the The Hague Young Bar Association. She currently lectures at Leiden University.
