Ysquare and its attorneys are insured in accordance with the rules of the Dutch Bar Association under professional indemnity policies. Our insurance agent is Mutsaerts B.V., Ringbaan West 240, Postbus 9102, 5000 HC Tilburg.
Legal Practice Areas
The attorneys listed in this file have registered in the Netherlands Bar’s register of legal practice areas. Based on this registration, they are required to obtain ten training credits per calendar year in each registered principal legal practice area in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.
General Terms and Conditions
All services to clients are provided under an agreement for services (overeenkomst van opdracht) with Ysquare B.V. The agreement is subject to our General Conditions, which contain a limitation of liability and a dispute resolution clause with a choice of forum for the Amsterdam District Court.
